DiamNEX is a tech startup originated from Hong Kong, dedicated to the research, development, production, and commercialization of next-generation diamond thin membrane materials. We strive to break through the bottlenecks of traditional semiconductor materials and unlock the infinite potential of diamonds in high-performance electronics, photonics, and quantum fields through disruptive technologies.

Core Technology
We employ “Edge-Exposed Exfoliation” groundbreaking global-first technology, which revolutionizes materials processing by passing traditional steps such as cutting, etching, and polishing. They are also transferable and bendable, and have the potential for commercialization in variety of fields.

Authoritative Endorsement
This technology won the Gold Medal at the 49th International Exhibition of Inventions in Geneva, and has completed the Chinese patent. The corresponding patents in other countries and regions are in the process of application. The related research results have been published in the academic journal Nature and in the Research Highlights section of Nature Electronics.
