From November 14 to 16, 2025, the 27th China International High-Tech Achievements Fair (CHTF), hailed as "China's No.1 Sci-Tech Exhibition", grandly kicked off at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center (Bao'an). This year's CHTF gathered over 120 countries and regions, more than 100 universities, and over 5,000 enterprises at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center, with the number of visitors reaching 450,000. DiamNEX showcased its independently developed innovative product – ultra-thin and large-sized diamond membrane – at Booth 15-C3. Leveraging its technological breakthroughs, it became a sensation on the first day of the exhibition, emerging as a core highlight attracting the attention of industrial chain partners, industry experts, investors and visitors, and receiving extensive coverage from authoritative media.

At this exhibition, DiamNEX focused on displaying large-sized, ultra-thin, and high-quality diamond membrane. These ultra-low roughness membrane can be directly compatible with existing processes in semiconductor manufacturing such as bonding and lithography. Meanwhile, the products feature bendable and transferable properties, which greatly expand their application scope. They hold broad application potential in fields such as semiconductor heat dissipation, high-power optics, and communications.
